Asparugus festival
Due to the epidemiological situation and the restriction of social gatherings during the declared epidemic of COVID-19 disease, this event is canceled until further notice.
A tempting gastronomic Sunday will be held in Crikvenica. Stjepan Radic Square in Crikvenica will will become a real open kitchen on 4th of June. What will be prepared and what will the center smell?
First things first. At 11 o´clock will be the start of preparing a delicious asparagus frittata.
Local people have picked totally 30 kilos of wild asparagus, which will be the main gastronomic stars on Sunday morning. Along with 30 pounds of asparagus, as many as 1000 eggs and other ingredients are olive oil, onions, ham and bacon will be used in preparing the frittata.
